These terms cover your use of formux.live and the "Probability for Game Designers" course and ebook. By browsing the site or enrolling, you agree to what's written here. We've kept it readable — if a clause is confusing, ask us at [email protected].
Using the site
You're welcome to read, link to and share our public pages, including the free Chalk Talks. Please don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, and don't pass off our lessons or diagrams as your own. The text, hand-drawn diagrams and course materials belong to Formux Lab.
Enrolling
Sending the enrollment form is a request, not a finished purchase. We confirm your place by email and arrange payment separately — we never collect card details through the form. Once payment clears, you get personal access to the course, the ebook and, on the bundle, the worksheet pack.
Your access
- Access is for one learner. Please don't share your login or redistribute the files.
- You may use what you learn — including the balancing template — in your own game projects, commercial or not.
- We may update or improve lessons over time; enrolled learners keep access to the current version.
Fair expectations
The course teaches how probability shapes game systems. It's a learning resource, not a promise of a job, a grade or a specific result in your own work. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new enrollments, but the price you paid is the price you paid.
Liability
We work hard to keep the material accurate and the site available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or online without interruption. To the extent the law allows, Formux Lab isn't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or course. Nothing here limits rights you have under Lithuanian consumer law.
Changes
If we revise these terms we'll update the date above. Big changes that affect enrolled learners will also be sent by email. Questions about refunds live on the Refund Policy page; how access is delivered is on Access & Delivery.
