Privacy Policy
Formux Lab keeps its data footprint small on purpose. This page explains what we collect when you enroll or write to us, why we hold it, and how you stay in control. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and a person will answer.
What we collect
When you send the enrollment or contact form we receive the name and email address you type in, the plan you selected, and any note you add. That's it — we don't ask for card numbers, ID documents or anything we don't need to reply to you and set up your access.
Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs (approximate location, browser type, pages requested) for a short window to keep the site healthy and spot abuse. These logs aren't tied to your enrollment record.
Why we hold it
- To confirm your place on the course and arrange payment outside the form.
- To give you access to the video lessons, ebook and — on the bundle — the worksheet pack.
- To answer questions you send us and, if you're enrolled, to help during office hours.
We rely on your request and our agreement with you as the legal basis for this. We do not sell your details, and we don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
How long we keep it
Enrollment records stay while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and support. If you'd like your record removed sooner, ask us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the details we hold about you, and you can object to a particular use. Under Lithuanian and EU data-protection law you may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] — we aim to reply within a few working days.
